Description: Easy...EASY tuna recipe. It is one of our favorite Christmas Evening meals. I grew up eating a fish dinner every Christmas. Why? Because it is healthy and usually a nice break from all the heavy foods we indulge in during the holidays.
Ingredients:
1
12oz can chunk light tuna
6 oz
whole wheat egg noodles
6 oz
cheddar cheese with dill
1/2 cup
milk
Instructions: Cook noodles as package dictates and drain, place back in pot. While noodles are cooking melt cheese & salt/pepper. Add in milk slowly with a whisk until you have reached a smooth, melted consistency. Add in tuna. Pour cheese mixture over noodles, toss to coat, and serve! Garnish with parmesan and dill if desired
