Description: Steak mixed with veggies
Ingredients:
2 lbs
Steak
2 Med
Tomatoes
1 Small
Onion
2 Large
Jalapeno
Instructions: Slice the Tomato, Onion and Jalapenos long wise and thin. Also slice the steak in strips. In a pan add 1 table spoon of oil, cook on med. Let oil warm up add steak and saute till light brown add then add tomato, onion and jalapenos slices and mix around leave on Med heat for about 5 mins. After 5 mins cook on simmer or low for about 20 minutes. When dish is done there should be some juices from the veggies.
