Diane Sullivan is a mom of three, which makes her a somewhat expert on parenting. Her oldest is twenty three and her youngest is eight, and she is constantly looking for things to keep family fun alive with her family hence 3decades3kids was born. She was also an elementary school and middle school teacher for the past twenty years. The blog is an extension of everything she loves - her family, home, travel, gaming and fun.

We caught up with Diane to find out about her life, and here's what we found out, in her own words:

I live in….New Jersey right on the other side of the Lincoln Tunnel.

My niche is…Entertainment and family fun.

I write when…..I am happy..when I'm sad..under pressure, and any time at all.

How has blogging changed my life: Blogging has given me a chance to create bonds with other women that have the same interests. Our children are growing up together at common events.

A brand I have loved working with: I adore working with so many brands. My top favorites are being a Sesame Place Ambassador, Great Wolf Lodge, Marriott, American Tourister, Build-A-Bear and Madame Alexander.

When did you start blogging? After teaching for twenty years, I took a break to raise Emily. She came along later in life. The blogging started about five years ago.

How do you see the future of blogging/social media? Life changes and so do blogging topics especially if they are centered around family. We are adding more and more travel to the mix and loving every minute of it.

Where I work: Anywhere is fine. The couch at night. The kitchen is great. Hotel lobbies are inspiring.

I am connected….To everyone I come in contact with. I try to meet people and extend our friendships online or vise versa.

When I’m stressed, I…..Write in my journal.

My favorite gadget is….My Samsung Galaxy Tab. I am never without it.

My favorite travel destination is….Paris, although I have not gotten back there in years. A more attainable destination I love is Cape May, NJ and of course, the Poconos. But, anyone who knows me already knows that! As for travel, I have been to every state in the United States except Hawaii and Alaska. I am hoping to get to the last two....someday! I'm open to any invites!

My favorite clothing brand is…Lane Bryant.

I do all my shopping….At the Mall! I can go all day long...every store, list in hand!

My favorite TV shows are: The Bachelor and The Bachelorette. I know, I know..I love to see love. I am still living out my love story after just celebrating our 25th Anniversary.

My favorite movie is: Jurassic Park and all the Jurassic Parks that followed and the one coming up. Obsessed!

Coffee or tea: Coffee! Coffee! Coffee!

I love….My hubby, kids, friends and life.

I dream about….Getting it right...
