I just love my Vintage Presto 4 way egg slicer, it dates back to the 1950's and has been handed down from generation to generation. I use it all the time and not only for slicing eggs, I slice fruits, veggies, pickles, olives, etc, etc....if it can be sliced on this little handy kitchen gadget I use it to my advantage, saves me time, energy and knicks on my knuckles from other types of slicers. My little egg slicer always makes a perfect slice and my salads, fruit trays and garnishes never looked so good. I look forward to handing this kitchen gadget down to my daughters in the future years to come and hope it has another 50 plus years left in it a great tool for the kitchen.

The most amazing thing I have in my kitchen is my immersion blender. It makes soups smooth, and smoothies fast. And it was a great deal from Costco. It just makes life better, especially if you make a lot of soup that needs to be pureed. Now there's no need to get a blender and worry about making a mess like that.

My favorite kitchen gadget is a serrated peeler. I use it to peel everything from potatoes to tomatoes. It is amazing. Until I bought it a few years ago, I hate having to peel anything. But the serrated blade on this peeler makes peeling anything a breeze. I love using it to peel fruits such as peaches and mangoes for my children. It takes off just the skin and not chunks of whatever you are peeling. Another awesome use for a serrated peeler is using it on celery! I run it lightly down the stalk to help remove the strings that make eating celery such an annoyance. Recently, I gave my best friend a bridal shower and this was in the bag of goodies I bought her!

My most favorite kitchen item is my Zojirushi rice cooker. It's the B.E.S.T. and is super fast. Lots of days I am not sure what to make but I always know I can depend on my little rice cooker to do the job for me (and in record time, I might add!!)

I love my Better Homes and Gardens 5 Qt covered skillet. When my hubby gifted it to me for Christmas last year I had no clue what I was going to do with this huge skillet. But now I use it all the time to cook pork cutlets and chicken breasts in. It braises meat so well, leaving it so juicy & tender. I love the glass lid so you can see your food as it cooks. And the double handles give you easier handling when you have a heavier food load in this skillet. I used to always cook my meat on a cast iron indoor grill until I got my Better Homes and Garden 5 qt covered skillet, now this is my go to cooking utensil for cooking meat cutlets.

I don't have any of theses appliances but would LOVE the Vidalia Chop Wizard to chop foods for my daughter, who is on a mostly liquid diet or mechanical softs.

I love the stand mixer. It's nice for mixing/mashing large batches of mashed potatoes, breads, cookie & cake doughs. You name it. I even have the kids "trained" to use it as well. This was something I'd wanted for many years & my favorite hubby finally got me one. :) He's gotten something out of the deal though too.. lots of goodies !!

I currently have all of the above except for the sodastream fountain. I am a breast cancer survivor and have had lympnodes removed, so I am a big fan of products that will make my life easier for me and my arms.

Love my Cooking Concepts Vegetable Peeler from Dollar Tree. Just as good as the comparable $8 peeler found in retail stores.

Sorry....mine was not on the list. I do not have any of those. I would, however, kill to have a KitchenAid mixer!

I love the nice, sharp knives that we have. We have a use for each one, and use at least one every day. We still have all our fingers, too.

I love my Magic Bullet. My favorite part is making smoothies. I blend up fruit then add some plain yogurt. Occasionally I'll even add some greens to make a healthy shake, and its a perfect serving size for one. And you can even drink it out of the container so there is less washing to do. It is also so easy to clean.
