Raw Mocha Oat Protein Balls

Makes: 20 20

Description: Quick * Easy, no-bake protein balls for on-the-go snacks!

Ingredients:
1 cup  organic rolled oats (not quick oats)
2 scoops  mocha cappuccino 100% Whey Protein
2 tbsp  raw honey
1.5 tbsp  almond peanut nutter butter (any nut butter will do)
1/2 cup  unsweetened almond milk
1 tbsp.  ground flax seed meal
2 tbsp.  organic coconut oil

Instructions: Directions:
-Measure out honey and coconut oil - melt in microwave (10 sec.)
-Put all dry ingredients w/almond nut butter into bowl
-Once melted add in melted honey and coconut oil
-Stir until well mixed
-Roll into balls with your hands - it's sticky so be patient with it
-Place in the refrigerator so they harden up
-After 20 min. they are good to enjoy!
