Description: Being from South Texas, cilantro is an ingredient that is extremely popular. This dip is always the star of the party. The great thing about it is that you can make it with or without the jalapeno depending on how spicy you like it. You can even add another jalapeno if you want. You can also make it fat free if you desire. I guarantee that if you like cilantro, this is one dip that you will be making over and over. Enjoy!!
