Quick breads. Sweet and simple, these little breads are perfect when served with fruit and yogurt for breakfast. Alternatively, serve a slice plain or spread with a little peanut butter as an after-school snack And I guarantee you’ll never get bored. The flavor possibilities are endless! I usually make 2 whole wheat loaves of bread each week and then a batch of muffins or quick bread for breakfast when I can fit it in. There are some great breads here that I'd love to try.

Zucchini pineapple, who'd have thought? I'll have to share that one with my dad who grows gargantuan zucchinis!
