Description: Grill until well cooked all the way through and enjoy with your favorite grilled summer veggies and steamed rice. Takes about 10 to fifteen minutes to grill on an indoor grill and an about thirty minutes on an outdoor grill.
Ingredients:
1/2 lb
boneless chicken breasts
1 tbsp
Old Bay
1/4 tsp
Sea Salt
1/4 tsp
Black Pepper
1/2 tsp
Garlic powder or minced powder
Instructions: Boneless skinless chicken breasts, rinse under warm water, rub on a mix of garlic powder or minced garlic, sea salt, black pepper and Old Bay, grill until well cooked all the way through and enjoy with your favorite grilled summer veggies and steamed rice.

This is a very simple and basic dish to make, but came out wonderful. The chicken ended up being so juicy and the vegetables tasted great.
