Home Made Ices

Makes: 12 servings

Description: Lovely home made ices for a summer treat!

Ingredients:
1-2 lbs  fruit
1  juice of lime or lemon
handful  mint leaves
2 tbsp  honey
1/2 to 1 cup  water or juice

Instructions: Blend all together. Freeze.

You can use any type of fruit. Kids will eat just about any fruit combo that is frozen, and you can skip the sugar so it is healthier.

Can also make popsicles by cutting bamboo skewers in half for cheap sticks and popsicle trays.
