This is THE best drink I've found in the market - It features red wine extract resveratrol and green tea extracts antioxidant catechins EGCG and gymnema with assist with calorie burn and carb control. Not sure how effective that aspect is, but it gets me energized in the mornings without a caffeinated feel and is more like a health drink than an energy drink. It's non carbonated and contains only 10 calories per bottle. Again I don't know if it's related, but I seem to snack less and burn more when I'm drinking this regularly, which is about 5 times a week at the moment. Highly suggested!
