Description: Very easy peanut butter cookies. Easy to throw in the oven and great for snack!
Ingredients:
1
Cup of peanut butter
1
Egg
1
Cup of Sugar
Instructions:
Mix the ingredients together.
Roll 1 tbsp of cookie dough into a ball and roll it in sugar.
Repeat.
Place dough balls on ungreased cookie sheet. Pat down with fork.
Bake at 350 for 8 minutes. You might have to check on them as they may take longer.
