Makes: 7 servings
Description: The name is a mouthful but after you get a mouthful of this dish you won't care if someone asks you to say it 5 times fast.
Ingredients:
1 Can
Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 cup
Sour Cream
1 1/3 cup
Chicken Broth
1 cup
Minute White Rice
2 cups
Shredded Cheddar Cheese
5-6
Frozen Chicken Tenderloins
12 oz.
Broccoli Florets (precooked)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Boil the chicken for about 15 minutes or until mostly done.
Meanwhile combine the soup, sour cream, chicken broth, rice and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese in a bowl and stir all together.
Cook the broccoli (I do it in the microwave) and stir into the mixture.
Cube the chicken (or shred if you prefer) and stir into the mixture.
Pour the whole bowl into a 9x9 baking dish.
Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top and bake for about 35 minutes or until rice is tender.
We served with crescent rolls.
