Description: Originally a recipe for peanut butter cookies, but I chose to swap out for something even more delicious - Nutella!
Ingredients:
1 cup
Nutella (can be switched for peanut butter)
1 cup
brown Sugar
1
large egg
1/2 tsp
vanilla extract
1 tsp
baking soda
1 cup
chocolate chips
Instructions:
I based this recipe off of another I found in "The Starving Cookbook" a book created by a few Penn State students in a Freshman writing class. The Nutella can be switched out for peanut butter as well!
To begin, preheat your oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and stir. Place 1 tbsp size balls on a slightly greased cookie sheet, about 1 inch apart. Bake for about 6-8 minutes until puffy (cooks very fast so keep an eye on these). Remove from oven and let cool before chowing down.
Recommendation: These are even better undercooked!!
