Makes: 8 servings
Description: Whole kernel corn with peppers and onions topped with chili cheese fritos.
Ingredients:
2 cans
Whole Kernel Corn (drained)
1
red onion chopped
1
bell pepper chopped
3/4 cup
mayo
1 cup
shredded cheese
1 bag
Chili Cheese Fritos
Instructions: Combine first five ingredients. Let chill in fridge. Right before serving toss in a couple hand fulls of the chili cheese fritos. Season with salt & pepper if needed.
Looks delicious! I will try it with chips on the side and avocado with a dollop of sour cream.

This chicken salad is low fat and delicious. In fact, I even got my fiance (who adores his junk and fast food) to try some and he can't get enough!
