Cheese Dip

Makes: 1 Pot

Description: Cheese dip to eat with chips or for tacos! I love to pour this in hard shell taco bowls!

Ingredients:
1 stick  Butter
2lb box  Velveeta Cheese
1/4 to 1/2 cup  Flour (for thickening)
1 tsp  Chili Powder
1/2 tsp  Paprika
1 tsp  Mustard seasonin g(or seeds)
1 tsp  Cumin
1/2 tsp  Garlic powder
3 cups  Milk
1 can  Rotel (diced tomatoes with green chilis)

Instructions: Prep: ~Blend Rotel in a blender ~chop Velveeta cheese into small pieces

Put butter in the pan and put on the stove (low setting) after butter melts add flour (you can do this without flour). Once Rotel is blended, add all ingredients to the pan and keep stirring until cheese is melted!

All done! Enjoy a great cheese dip! Add more flour to thicken or add milk if to thick!
-You can also had hamburger meat if you like!
-This makes alot, but you can half all the ingredients to make less!
