Bruschetta

Makes: 5 1/2 cup

Description: This is a fool-proof recipe. You can spread it on pita or pizza bread or use it as a dip with chips, or over a baguette. It's perfect for your kid's lunch or yours since it is delicious and healthy.

Ingredients:
4 cups  chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup  chopped onions
3  cloves of garlic

Instructions: Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mixed them together gently. You can enjoy it right away or refrigerate it for a few days.
