1 Package Ramen noodles
1 handful Sunflower seeds, shelled, toasted and salted
1 bag Broccoli or asian slaw (from packaged salad section)
1 handful Almonds, slivered
Directions: Heat the oil, sugar, vinegar and spice packet from the Ramen noodles to boiling. Crush the Ramen noodles and add to the boiling mixture. Turn off the heat and let sit for 1 minute. In a bowl combine: broccoli slaw, sunflower seeds, and almonds. Stir in the oil mixture and refrigerate for an hour or more.
Love the addition of the rawmen noodles. It really adds a crunch! I put a tablespoon of butter in a pan and toasted the sunflower seeds and almonds before adding to the recipe. It really brought out the flavor.
