:: This is the only kind my daughter will eat, we both think it tastes just like the original. We have tried many since she was diagnosed with Celiac's a year ago. You do have to watch the cooking time. |

:: I have two children with Celiac Disease and we have tried many kinds of gluten free pasta over the past few years. Bionaturae's gluten free pastas are by far the best tasting pastas we've encountered... it doesn't have the soggy cardboard taste found with many gluten free pastas. |
