The New Archer Farms Sea Salt & Cracked Pepper Flatbread Crackers caught my eye at Target for their shape (long rectangles). The flavor is what has me hooked. They are savory but not too salty and the pepper gives a subtle heat note. They are good to eat plain but I also used them as the cracker component in my chocolate pecan cracker bark. The pepper gave a neat flavor to the sweet/salty profile. The only negative is that each cracker is 50 calories so I really have to watch how many I eat (they go down like chips!).
