Makes: 25 balls
Description: Easy to make morsels that are always a big hit.
Ingredients:
1 cup
Crushed Vanilla Wafers (about 20)
1 cup
Finely chopped nuts of your choice
1 cup
Powdered sugar
2 Tbs
Cocoa
1/4 cup
Rum
1/4 cup
White Corn Syrup
1/4 tsp
Salt
Instructions:
Combine dry ingredients, then add rum and corn syrup.
Form into balls, then roll in additional powdered sugar.
Chill.
Store in tupperware in refrigerator.
Note: Make well in advance, as the flavor increases with time.
Next years new cookie added to the goodie bag.
